摘  要:试验以海南橡胶林下积雪草为原料,采用乙醇浸提、酶辅助、超声辅助3种方法提取积雪草总苷,比较提取效果筛选出最佳提取方法,在单因素试验的基础上优化提取工艺条件,并对其抗氧化能力进行测定。结果表明:积雪草总苷最佳制备条件为70%乙醇提取、提取60 min、料液比1∶10、温度50℃、提取2次,积雪草提取率为1.21%;积雪草总苷在质量浓度0.01 mg/mL时,对DPPH自由基的清除率是VC的5.1倍;在质量浓度0.1 mg/mL时,对DPPH自由基的清除率高达90.61%,对·OH自由基清除率可达67.83%,具有较强的抗氧化性。The experiment used Centella asiatica under the rubber plantation in Hainan as raw material,and extracted the total glycosides of Centella asiatica by ethanol extraction,enzyme-assisted,and ultrasonic-assisted methods.The best extraction method was selected by comparing the extraction effect and optimized on the basis of single factor experiment Extract process conditions and determine its antioxidant capacity.The results showed that the best preparation conditions for the total glycosides of Centella asiatica were 70%ethanol extraction,extraction for 60 minutes,material-to-liquid ratio 1∶10,temperature 50℃and extraction twice.The extraction rate of Centella asiatica was 1.21%.When the concentration of asiaticoside is 0.01 mg/mL,the scavenging rate of DPPH free radical is 5.1 times that of VC;when the concentration is 0.1 mg/mL,the scavenging rate of DPPH free radical is as high as 90.61%.The scavenging rate of·OH free radicals can reach 67.83%,and it has strong antioxidant properties.
