摘  要:目的为了提高临床医学生的本科教学质量,通过对教学大纲的解读,进一步加强教育品牌建设以及满足越来越多临床医学生对线上课程的强烈需求。方法经过严格筛选,上线已录制好的消化内科资源SPOC(small private online course),对临床医学本科生的内科学课程进行教学改革,试验组班级应用改革后的模式,对照组班级应用传统授课模式,最后将期末笔试成绩、师生满意度调查结果进行综合分析。结果本次改革有效的提高了学生的学习效率、明显提升了学习成绩,在教师和学生的教学评价中有良好的反馈,也为之后进一步加强教学质量、培养更优秀的临床医生打下了良好的基础。结论SPOC联合雨课堂混合教育模式能有效提高学生的学习效率,应用教学改革方法的试验组期末考试笔试成绩明显由于对照组的传统教学模式。Objective To improve the undergraduate teaching quality of clinical medical students,further strengthen the educational brand construction and meet the strong needs of more and more clinical medical students for online courses,through the interpretation of the syllabus.Methods After the strict screening,the recorded gastroenterology resource SPOC(small private online course)conducted the teaching reform of clinical medicine undergraduates,the experimental group,the traditional teaching model in the control group,and finally the final written test results and teacher-student satisfaction survey results.Results This reform effectively improved students'learning efficiency and significantly improved their academic performance.It had good feedback in the teaching evaluation of teachers and students,which also laid a good foundation for further strengthening the teaching quality and training better clinicians.Conclusion The SPOC joint rain classroom mixed education model can effectively improve students'learning efficiency,and the teaching reform method is obviously due to the traditional teaching model of the control group.
