摘  要:本微课以乙肝两对半检测结果为案例,引入乙肝及其流行病学内容。用多媒体展示乙肝病毒结构及抗原,用图表演绎乙肝两对半指标及其医学意义,用任务驱动法分析解读乙肝两对半,将问题引导法融入医学人文内容,实现前后呼应、学以致用。Hepatitis B Virus(HBV)test result as an introduction to explain serological biomarkers of HBV,introducing Hepatitis B and its epidemiology,displaying structure and antigens of HBV by multimedia,deducing serological biomarkers and their medical significance of HBV by figures and tables,task driven to analyze the interpretation of serological biomarkers of HBV,integrating medical humanities,using the problem guidance method to realize the echo before and after,and apply what students have learned.
