摘  要:美国加州大学洛杉矶分校医学院基于PBL教学法的器官系统整合课程具有其优越性。本文借鉴国外医学整合教学理念,结合我国传染病学教学改革现状,探讨分阶段实施我国传染病学的整合改革实践。同时提出建立传染病学教学PBL病例库,实践严谨并有效的PBL教学法;加强医学人文科学学习的实践性;提高教师素质和重视学生自主学习能力的培养。通过不断探索逐渐完善我国的传染病学临床医学教育改革。The author introduced the innovation and main features of Organ-based and system-centered medical integration courses and PBL teaching method of David Geffen School of Medicine,UCLA (University of California,Los Angeles) in detail.Combining with the current situation of teaching reform of infectious diseases in China,referring to UCLA’s Integrating ideas,the practice of integrating reform are explored and implemented in stages of infectious diseases in China.Meanwhile PBL case database for teaching infectious diseases will be established to practice the rigorous and effective PBL teaching method.With the spectrum of infectious diseases changing,we should strengthen the practicality of medical humanities learning,improve the quality of teachers,and pay attention to the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability.Through continuous study and practice,the reform of clinical medical education for infectious diseases in China will be gradually improved.
