摘 要:目的了解临床医学和预防医学专业学生体质指数和营养知识、态度、饮食行为现状,为有针对性地开展营养健康教育和促进其体质健康提供依据。方法2019年4月,选择沈阳医学院大三年级临床医学和预防医学专业630名学生为调查对象进行问卷调查。结果630名大学生中,体质指数(BMI)正常者占59.21%(373/630),消瘦、超重和肥胖占比分别为13.33%(84/630)、18.89%(119/630)、8.57%(54/630);女生消瘦和正常比例(15.52%,63.30%)高于男生(9.38%、51.85%),男生超重和肥胖(24.55%、14.29%)比例高于女生(15.76%、5.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。630名大学生营养知识得分为(53.21±23.73)分,饮食行为得分为(57.88±6.13)分。女生营养知识得分(54.51±23.52)高于男生(49.42±24.09)、临床专业(56.76±23.19)营养知识得分高于预防专业(41.95±21.89),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在营养态度方面,89.21%(562/630)的学生愿意接受营养知识,78.73%(496/630)的学生了解营养知识后愿意改变或部分改变饮食行为。结论该校临床医学和预防医学专业学生营养态度较好,但营养知识较缺乏,存在不良饮食行为。Objective To investigate the status of body mass index and nutritional knowledge,attitude,and dietary behavior among students majoring in clinical and preventive medicine,so as to provide the basis for targeted nutrition health education and promote their physical health.Methods In April 2019,630 junior students majoring in clinical medicine and preventive medicine in Shenyang medical college were selected as the subjects for the questionnaire survey.Results Among the 630 college students,the ones with normal body mass index(BMI)accounted for 59.21%(373/630),and the proportions of underweight,overweight and obesity were 13.33%(84/630),18.89%(119/630)and 8.57%(54/630),respectively.The prevalence of underweight and normal was higher among female(15.52%,63.30%)than male(9.38%,51.85%),(P<0.01).The prevalence of overweight and obesity was higher among male(25.55%,14.29%)than female(15.76%,5.42%),(P<0.01).The scores of nutritional knowledge and dietary behavior among 630 undergraduates were(53.21±23.73)and(57.88±6.13),respectively.The nutritional knowledge score of the female students was(54.51±23.52)higher than that of the male students(49.42±24.09),while that of the clinical specialty(56.76±23.19)was(41.95±21.89)higher than that of the preventive specialty(P<0.05).As for nutritional attitudes,89.21%(562/630)of the students were willing to receive nutritional knowledge,and 78.73%(496/630)of the students were willing to change or partially change dietary behaviors after learning about nutrition.Conclusion The students majoring in clinical and preventive medicine in this school have good nutrition attitude,but lack nutrition knowledge and have bad eating behaviors.
