摘  要:为增加玉米秸秆利用率,对新型玉米秸秆纤维素基保鲜膜的研制方法进行研究。研究玉米秸秆纤维素、琼脂、明胶、海藻酸钠添加比例对膜的保鲜性质和溶解性的影响。通过单因素试验和正交试验确定琼脂、明胶、海藻酸钠与玉米秸秆纤维素的最佳配比。结果表明,在蒸馏水200 mL、丙三醇5 mL、搅拌速度320 r/min、搅拌时间20 min、搅拌温度95℃条件下,纤维素含量0.8%、琼脂含量0.8%、海藻酸钠含量0.5%、明胶含量0.6%时制得的保鲜膜最佳,产品黏度适中、保鲜度最高、溶解度最低。In order to increase the utilization rate of corn straw,the preparation method of new corn straw cellulose-based plastic wrap was studied.The effects of adding proportion of corn stalk cellulose,AGAR,gelatin and sodium alginate on the preservation and solubility of the membrane were studied.The optimum ratio of AGAR,gelatin,sodium alginate and corn stalk cellulose was determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that under the conditions of 200 mL distilled water,5 mL glycerol,stirring speed of 320 r/min,stirring time of 20 min,stirring temperature of 95℃,the best preservation film was obtained when the content of cellulose,AGAR,sodium alginate and gelatin were 0.8%,0.8%,0.5% and 0.6%.Under the optimal condition,the product had the advantages of moderate viscosity,highest freshness and lowest solubility.
