摘 要:兵马未动,粮草先行,对于战士而言,食品是最基础、最紧要的。军用食品作为野战条件下给养保障的重要手段,逐渐成为部队执行重大任务给养保障的首选。为努力提升军用食品综合保障效能,保证军用食品生产全过程的质量与安全,透过军用食品质量与安全管理现状及存在问题,基于对ISO 9001和ISO 22000体系的解读,提出建立军用食品质量与安全管理体系的重要性和必要性;通过对军用食品实施质量与安全管理体系的可行性分析,探索军用食品质量与安全管理体系构建,为军用食品的质量与安全提供有效保障。An army marches on its stomach.For the soldiers,food is the most basic and important.Military food as an important means of field under the condition of guarantee of provisions,has gradually become troops to carry out major task guarantee of provisions of choice.In an effort to improve efficiency of military food security,the military food production to ensure the quality and safety of the whole process,through the military food quality and safety management status and existing problems,combined with the interpretation of ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 system,propose the establishment of the importance and necessity of protection food quality and safety management system;Through the implementation of military food quality and safety management system feasibility analysis,explore the protection of food quality and safety management system construction,from a certain extent,for the protection of food quality and safety provides effective protection.
