摘 要:利用国审苦荞品种黔苦7号在贵州省开展一年多点区域试验,结果表明,黔苦7号在5个试点的平均产量为1 422.00 kg·hm^(-2),比对照九江苦荞平均增产19.31%。分别采用变异系数、高稳系数、适应度来评价黔苦7号品种的稳产性及适应性,黔苦7号品种的变异系数为13.07%,高稳系数为5.71%,适应度为60%,表明黔苦7号是一个丰产性很好的品种,且普遍适应性表现也较好。灰色关联度分析结果显示,荞麦产量与各农艺经济性状的关联度排序为:千粒重>单株重>主茎节数>株高>主茎分枝数>生育期。品质分析结果显示,黔苦7号的灰分、蛋白质、总黄酮、可溶性糖含量分别比对照高15.38%、14.96%、11.13%、0.5%。说明黔苦7号适宜在贵州省荞麦产区进行秋播种植,可进行大面积推广应用。In this paper,a multi-point regional experiment was carried out in Guizhou province with the national certified Tartary buckwheat variety Qianku 7.The results showed that the average yield of Qianku 7 was 1422.00 kg·hm^(-2)in 5 trials,19.31%higher than that of control variety tartary buckwheat from Jiujiang.The coefficient of variation,high stability coefficient and fitness were used to evaluate the yield stability and adaptability of Qianku 7.The result showed that the coefficient of variation,the high stability coefficient and the fitness were 13.07%,5.71%and 60%respectively,indicating that Qianku 7 was a variety with high yield and good general adaptability.Grey correlation analysis showed that the correlation degree between buckwheat yield and agronomic traits was as follows 1000-grain weight>weight per plant>node number of main stem>plant height>branch number of main stem>growth period.The results of quality analysis showed that the content of ash,protein,total flavonoids and soluble sugar in Qianku 7 were 15.38%,14.96%,11.13%and 0.5%higher than that of the control,respectively.Therefore,Qianku 7 is suitable for autumn sowing in buckwheat producing areas of Guizhou province,and can be extended and applied in a large area.
