摘  要:教师权力的合理运用是影响师生冲突走向的重要因素。基于约翰·弗伦奇对权力的分类,师生冲突中的教师易受到偏误认知的导引和消极情绪的裹挟,从而使得教师在运用权力控制师生冲突走向时遭遇五大陷阱,即参照权力运用失信,专家权力运用失效,合法权力运用失实,奖赏权力运用失准和强制权力运用失度。这不仅不能掌控师生冲突的走向,反而会导致学生产生抵制行为,使得师生冲突进一步螺旋升级。为此,脱离权力运用陷阱,消解师生冲突,重建和美型师生关系,教师需以修德为根本,参照权力运用才得以适时;以提智为关键,专家权力运用才得以有效;以法治为抓手,合法权力运用才得以正当;以公平为原则,奖赏权力运用才得以精准;以权力与情感为着力点,强制权力运用才得以有度。The rational use of teachers'power is an important factor affecting the trend of teacher-student conflict.Based on John French's classification of power,teachers in teacher-student conflict are vulnerable to false cognition and negative emotions,which makes teachers encounter five traps when using power to solve teacher-student conflict.It includes dishonesty in the use of reference power,failure in the use of expert power,untrue use of legal power,inaccurate use of reward power and improper use of coercive power.This can not control the trend of teachers and students,but will be resisted by students,which will further spiral the conflict between teachers and students.We need to break away from the trap of power use,eliminate the conflict between teachers and students,and rebuild the harmonious relationship between teachers and students.Therefore,teachers need to improve moral cultivation as the foundation and refer to the use of power in order to be used at the right time;Teachers need to improve teaching wisdom as the key to the effective use of expert power;Teachers need to take the rule of law as the starting point,and the use of legitimate power will have legitimacy;Teachers need to take fairness as the principle,and the use of reward power will be more accurate;Teachers need to focus on emotion,and the use of coercive power will be limited.
