摘 要:目的研究微信小程序在针灸实训教学改革中的应用效果。方法将我校针灸推拿专业本科二年级学生按照班级分为两组,实验组和对照组各20人。实验组采用基于微信小程序的混合式学习,对照组采用传统教学方法,进行"毫针刺法"的教学,t检验比较两组学生的操作成绩。同时对实验组行问卷调查,评价学习效果。结果实验组操作成绩优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论基于微信小程序的混合式学习在针灸实训教学中效果优于传统方法。Objective The study aims at exploring the effect of using WeChat applets in the teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion techniques.Methods Sophomores of acupuncture-Tuina specialty were divided into two groups,with 20 students in the experimental group and 20 in the control group.In teaching of filiform needing method,the traditional teaching method was used alone in the control group,while blended teaching aided by WeChat applets was used in the experimental group.Scores of acupuncture technique operation of the two groups were compared by independent samples t-test,and a questionnaire survey of students in experimental group was conducted to evaluate the learning outcomes.Results The scores of acupuncture techniques in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The blended teaching based on WeChat applets is better than the traditional method in acupuncture and moxibustion practice teaching.
