摘　　要：高职院校全面开展职业培训面临着教育理念、培训资源、培训机制等多方面的挑战。全面开展职业培训,高职院校要积极转变办学观念,做好职业培训顶层设计;深入开展调查研究,精准挖掘培训需求;突出课程适应性,构建课程开发机制;丰富培训形式,创新职业培训教学模式;内培外引校企共建,提升教师职业培训能力;建立保障机制,推动职业培训深入发展,从而促进职业教育的发展。There are great challenges of the comprehensive development of vocational training in the higher vocational college,such as education concept,training resource and training mechanism,etc.In order to comprehensively develop vocational training,the higher vocational college should actively transfer school running concept,do well in the top-level design of vocational training;deeply develop investigation research,accurately explore training demand;focus on course adaptation,construct course development mechanism;enrich training form,innovate the teaching mode of vocational training;combine training with introduction,promote the cooperation between enterprise and school,and improve teacher’s vocational training ability;establish guarantee mechanism,promote the deep development of vocational training,in order to promote the development of vocational education.
