基于现代学徒制的卓越技术技能型人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：依据文献研究和问卷调查明确了卓越技术技能型人才的培养目标,并提出基于现代学徒制的“三协同、三契入、六融合”卓越技术技能型人才培养模式:通过“三协同”重建校企合作育人机制,形成“学校+核心企业+众多中小企业”的“1+1+N”多元协同育人治理结构;通过“三契入”重构“德技并修”课程体系;通过“六融合”重造校企协同育人方式。According to the literature research and questionnaire survey,this paper proposes the training objectives of excellent technical skilled talents and a talent training model based on modern apprenticeship of“tripartite collaboration,triple embedding,and six integration”:to rebuild the school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism through the“tripartite collaboration”,to form a“1+1+N”multiple collaborative education governance structure of“school+core enterprise+many small and medium-sized enterprises”;to reconstruct the“ethics and skills”curriculum system through the“triple embedding”,and to rebuild the school-enterprise collaborative education method through the“six integration”.
