摘  要:师德师风是教师评价的第一标准,加强师德师风建设是实现"立德树人"任务的根本。新时代加强师德师风建设面临教师师德行为"知而不行"的践行困境、学校管理的工具性价值取向挫伤教师师德情感的传递、教师地位不高影响教师师德意志的持久力、师德践行的复杂性造成为人师表"应然性"的期待落空等挑战。新时代需要在坚持我国优良师德传统的基础上,从教师自身与外部环境两方面加强师德师风建设。从树立学习意识、传承师德传统、坚定理想信念、内化师德师风规范等方面激发教师师德修养的内源性动力。通过创设师德培育环境、设置道德情境冲突、加强师德立法、增设教师职业维权机构等给予师德师风建设外源环境上的支持。以保护教师权益为落脚点,以回归教师生命发展本源为基础,以履行社会责任与历史担当为根本,以滋养教师心灵为重心,促进教师主动提升道德修养水平,引导教师高标准践行师德。Teachers’ ethics is the first criterion for teachers’ evaluation,and strengthening the construction of teachers ’ ethics is the foundation to realize the educational goal of " Cultivating Talents of High-level Morality".Strengthening the construction of teachers’ ethics in the new era is facing the predicament of teachers’ "knowing but not acting".The instrumental value orientation of school management dampens the transmission of teachers’ moral emotions.The low status of teachers affects the persistence of teachers’ morality.The complexity of teachers’ moral practice has caused the failure of the expectation of "should be" as a teacher.In the new era,we need to strengthen the construction of teachers’ ethics from both the teachers themselves and the external environment on the basis of adhering to the tradition of teachers’ ethics.Teachers themselves should be encouraged to build learning consciousness,inherit teachers’ moral tradition,firm ideals and convictions and internalize teachers’ moral norms.It will provide excellent external environment for teachers to cultivate ethics through the creation of teachers’ moral cultivation environment,the establishment of moral situation conflict,the strengthening of teachers’ moral legislation and the establishment of teachers’ professional rights protection institutions.Paths like returning to the origin of teachers’ life development,being founded on fulfilling social and historical responsibilities,focusing on nourishing teachers’ spirit and protecting teachers’ rights and interests will help teachers to initiatively improve their ethics,guide teachers to practice ethics in high standards.
