摘  要:建立以紫外-可见分光光度计法测定多羽凤尾蕨中总黄酮含量的方法。在此基础上,以总黄酮含量为评价指标,采用正交实验优化多羽凤尾蕨总黄酮提取工艺,并通过清除DPPH自由基和OH自由基方法评价多羽凤尾蕨总黄酮抗氧化性。最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数70%,料液比1∶20 (g/mL),提取时间50 min,提取次数3次,以该方案超声提取,药材中提取的总黄酮含量为0.72 mg/g。提取得到的多羽凤尾蕨总黄酮对DPPH自由基和OH自由基表现出良好的清除能力,且该测定方法准确可靠、简单、便捷、高效。An UV-Vis spectrophotometer was established to determine the content of total flavonoids in Pteris decrescens. On this basis,the extraction process of total flavonoids was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the content of total flavonoids as the evaluation index. The antioxidant activities of total flavonoids were evaluated by DPPH and OH radical scavenging methods. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: volume fraction of ethanol 70 %,solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 20( g/mL),extraction 50 min and extraction 3 times. Extraction content of total flavonoids in the medicinal materials was 0. 72 mg/g by ultrasonic extraction scheme. The total flavonoids extracted from Pteris decrescens showed good scavenging ability on DPPH and OH free radicals,and the method was accurate,reliable,simple,convenient and efficient.
