摘  要:《食品工程原理》是食品科学与工程和葡萄与葡萄酒工程的学科基础课程,涉及研究成果向产业转化的科学和工程知识。在课程教学中融入辩证唯物主义哲学思想、科学精神、工匠精神和绿色生产理念等思政元素,可以帮助学生理论联系实际,强化其对课程知识的理解掌握,提高学生分析解决食品和葡萄酒生产问题的能力,帮助学生树立科学和工匠精神。"互联网+"为思政元素有效融入课堂提供了便利,思政元素融入《食品工程原理》课程教学,可减少学生借助互联网自主学习受到的不良信息干扰,对学生人生观、价值观、道德观和思想形式的塑造影响积极。Food Engineering Principle is a professional basic course for Food Science and Engineering and Viticulture and Enology, which involves the scientific and engineering knowledge to apply the research achievements. Integrating Ideological and political elements such as dialectical materialism philosophy, scientific spirit, craftsmanship and green production concept into the course teaching will help students integrate theory in practice, improve their understanding and master the course knowledge, improve their ability to analyze and solve production problems of food and wine, and also help students establish scientific spirit and craftsmanship. On the other hand, "Internet +" can create convenience for integrating ideological and political elements into the classroom effectively. Integrating ideological and political elements into Food Engineering Principle course can reduce adverse influence of the internet on the students who study independently through network, and it will positively influence students’ views of life and values.
