监护人营养知识、态度及行为对学龄前儿童饮食行为的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:调查淄博市博山区两所幼儿园学龄前儿童监护人健康知识、态度及行为对学龄前儿童饮食行为的影响,以期改善监护人营养知识、调整健康的干预措施,促进学龄前儿童身体健康。方法:选取博山区幼儿园510名3~6岁学龄前儿童,采用自制问卷调查监护人的营养知识、态度及行为对儿童饮食食行为情况,采用卡方检验与秩和检验分析影响因素。结果:监护人营养知识对学龄前儿童的饮食行为影响无统计学意义,P=0.302(P>0.05,差异没有统计学意义);监护人的营养态度及行为均对学龄前儿童的饮食行为具有统计学意义(P=0.004;P=0.003)。结论:监护人营养态度及膳食行为对学龄前儿童膳食行为有显著影响,因此应重视提升监护人营养知识,强化营养态度及行为,以改善学龄前儿童饮食行为,促进健康。Objective:investigate the effects of health knowledge,attitude and behavior of preschool children’s guardians in two kindergartens in Boshan District of Zibo City on preschool children’s dietary behavior,in order to improve their nutritional knowledge,adjust health intervention measures and promote the health of preschool children.Methods:510 preschool children aged 3~6 years in Boshan kindergarten were selected.The nutritional knowledge,attitude and behavior of guardians were investigated by self-made questionnaire.The influencing factors were analyzed by chi square test and rank sum test.Results:there was no significant effect of guardian’s nutritional knowledge on preschool children’s dietary behavior,P=0.302(P>0.05);The nutritional attitude and behavior of guardians have statistical significance on the dietary behavior of preschool children(P=0.004;P=0.003).Conclusion:Guardian’s nutritional attitude and dietary behavior have a significant impact on preschool children’s dietary behavior.Therefore,attention should be paid to improving guardian’s nutritional knowledge and strengthening nutritional attitude and behavior to improve preschool children’s dietary behavior and promote health.
