摘 要:目的:了解广东省阳江市阳东区2018—2020年居民户食用加碘盐现状,及时掌握人群碘营养状况,为采取针对碘缺乏病的防治措施和科学调整干预策略提供依据。方法:按照《阳江市阳东区碘缺乏病监测方案》,对阳江市阳东区居民户随机抽查食用加碘盐,采用《制盐工业通用试验方法碘的测定》(GB/T 13025.7—2012)中的直接滴定法进行定量测定。结果:阳江市阳东区2018—2020年居民户食用盐非碘盐率为0,碘盐合格率为100%,碘盐覆盖率为99.8%,合格碘盐食用率为99.8%,食用盐盐碘均值为27.25 mg/kg。结论:食用加碘盐的监测指标达到了碘缺乏病可持续消除状态。Objective:To understand the current situation of iodized salt consumption by households in Yangdong District,Yangjiang City,Guangdong Province from 2018 to 2020,and timely grasp the iodine nutrition status of the population,so as to provide basis for taking prevention and control measures against iodine deficiency disease and scientifically adjusting intervention strategies.Methods:According to“Monitoring Program of iodine deficiency disease in Yangdong District of Yangjiang City”,iodized salt was randomly sampled in households in Yangdong District of Yangjiang City,and quantitative determination of iodized salt was carried out by direct titration method in“Determination of Iodide in Salt Industry”(GB/T 13025.7—2012).Results:In Yangdong District of Yangjiang City from 2018 to 2020,the rate of non-iodized salt in household edible salt was 0,the qualified rate of iodized salt was 100%,the coverage rate of iodized salt was 99.8%,the edible rate of qualified iodized salt was 99.8%,and the average iodine of edible salt was 27.25 mg/kg.Conclusion:The monitoring indicators of iodized salt consumption have all reached the state of sustainable elimination of iodine deficiency diseases.
