两个野生猴头菌菌株的驯化栽培研究

摘　　要：为了挖掘猴头菌优异种质资源,以‘黑威9910’为对照,对采自黑龙江省伊春和双鸭山地区的2个野生猴头菌菌株RT27、RT28的菌丝生长特性和驯化出菇情况进行研究。结果:两个菌株均具有遗传特异性,其中RT28在常规木屑栽培基质中菌丝长势强,菇体圆整、紧实,菌刺短,平均单菇鲜重达227.5 g,产量和生物学效率高于对照,具有成为高产优质菌株的潜力,适合作为猴头菌良种选育的亲本材料。In this paper,two wild Hericium erinaceus strains collected from Yichun and Shuangyashan areas in Hei longjiang Province were taken as the research objects,and the local main cultivation variety ‘Hericium 9910’ was used as the control strain.Comparing different strains hypha growth characteristics,fruit body agronomic traits and yield,etc.for domestication and cultivation experiments.The results showed that there is genetic specificity between the two wild Hericium erinaceus strains and the control strains.Among them,strain RT28 has good hyphae growth in the wood chip substrate,outstanding agronomic characters of fruit bodies,and higher yield and biological efficiency.The control strain is more suitable as an excellent breeding material.
