摘　　要：化工原理实训课程是培养化工类本科学生职业素养和综合素质的重要实践性教学环节。化工原理实训实验室是化工实验室的重要组成部分。化工实训装置由于具有装置复杂庞大,操作条件要求苛刻,操作中危险程度高等特点,对化工原理实训实验室的安全预防和管理提出了严格要求。本文结合昆明理工大学现有的化工原理实训设备实际情况,探讨了化工原理实训实验室的安全管理和事故预防措施,以减少安全隐患和事故的发生。Thetraining course ofPrinciples of Chemical Engineeringis an important practical teaching link for cultivating the professional quality and comprehensive quality of Chemical Engineering undergraduates.Thetraining laboratory of Principles of Chemical Engineeringis an important part of the chemical laboratory.The chemical training device has the characteristics of complex and large equipment,demanding operating conditions,and high degree of danger in operation,which puts forward strict requirements on the safety prevention and management of thetraining laboratory of Principles of Chemical Engineering.Combined the actual situation of the existingtraining equipment of Principles of Chemical Engineering in Kunming University of Science and Technology,the safety management and accident prevention measures of thetraining laboratory of Principles of Chemical Engineeringwere discussedto reduce the occurrence of safety hazards and accidents.
