摘 要:确保高校新工科专业教育与思政教育同频共振、形成育人合力,是社会高质量发展对高校人才培养的需求。针对长期以来过度重视学科专业教育,导致专业培养与思政育人发展不均衡的教学现状,分析新工科机械专业课程思政教学模式的必要性及优势,提出新工科学科德育的融合贯通理念,通过构建坚持顶层设计“三全育人”机制、优化共建“专业育人”课程资源以及制定协同教学考核体系,形成专业知识传授与思政元素引领交互统一、学科交叉协同攻坚的产学研贯通教学平台。以期为提高未来人才的政治素养和职业精神、促进新工科教育质量可持续发展发挥重要作用。To ensure that the new engineering major education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities resonate at the same frequency and form a joint force for educating people,it is the demand of high-quality social development for the cultivation of college talents.In view of the teaching status quo of imbalance between professional training and ideological and political education caused by excessive emphasis on discipline education for a long time,this study analyzes the necessity and advantages of curriculum ideological and political teaching mode of new engineering machinery major,and puts forward the concept of integrating moral education of new engineering discipline.Through the establishment of the top-level design"Three All Education"mechanism,the optimization of the co-construction of"professional education"course resources and the development of collaborative teaching assessment system,the study forms the professional knowledge impartation and ideological and political elements of the guidance of interaction and unity,interdisciplinary cooperation to overcome the key teaching platform.The purpose of this study is to improve the political literacy and professional spirit of future talents and promote the sustainable development of new engineering education quality.It is expected to play an important role in improving the political literacy and professionalism of future talents and promoting the sustainable development of the quality of new engineering education.
