诊改视域下高职院校“三教”改革的有效路径——基于师生视角数据分析

摘  要:以黎明职业大学师生为对象,通过问卷及座谈形式进行调查,基于诊改视域,从师生视角数据的对比,分析高职院校“三教”改革现状和教师、教材、教法及学生等面临的突出问题。从教学诊断与改进工作的视角提出构建“三教”改革有效路径的建议:以产业学院建设提升“三教”改革系统性,以深化教育评价改革提升“三教”改革科学性,以“因材施教”和导师制提升“三教”改革有效性。The current situation of the reform of teachers,textbooks and teaching method(TTT reform)in vocational colleges was described and its outstanding problems were demonstrated after an analysis of the data collected from both the teachers and the students by means of questionnaire and interview.From the perspective of teaching diagnosis and improvement,this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to build an effective path of the TTT reform.Industrial schools can be introduced to enhance its systemicity,the educational evaluation refrom can be deepened to improve its scientificness,and education can be tailored to individual students’needs with the help of a tutorial system to increase the effectiveness of the TTT reform.
