摘  要:现代学徒制是基于工学交替基础上的一种新型人才培养模式,是企业职业岗位+学校学历教育的无缝结合,它是由校企合作单位协同努力推进的人才培养模式,旨在“双育人”的现代理念,使理论与实践结合、教学与生产结合、课堂与情境融合,让学生在真实的工作环境中学习,不仅可以全面理解并掌握知识,同时能够接受企业顶岗实习实践的训练。基于此背景下该院着力探究符合该校办学特色的口腔医学技术专业现代学徒制人才培养模式。为此,首先尝试探索课程改革,多方位创新更新,迈出现代学徒制人才培养的第一步。Modern apprenticeship is a new talent training mode based on the alternation of work and study,and it is a seamless combination of enterprise vocational positions and school education.It is a talent training mode promoted by school-enterprise cooperation units.The aim is to combine theory with practice,teaching with production,classroom with situation.Let students learn in a real work environment.Not only can I fully understand and master the knowledge,but also can accept the training of on-the-job practice.Under this background,the hospital focuses on exploring the training mode of modern apprenticeship for stomatology technology specialty in line with the school characteristics.Therefore,the first attempt to explore curriculum reform,multi-dimensional innovation and renewal is the first step of modern apprenticeship talent training.
