摘 要:基于校企命运共同体的产教融合模式是校企合作的理想形态,体现了现代职业教育的办学理念,有助于校企价值取向一致,实现校企利益双赢,实现校企全方位融合。部分高职院校在办学过程中还存在着专业人才培养方案与产业需求不对接、专业教师与企业师傅不对接、教学过程与企业生产过程不对接等问题。在人才培养过程中应注重引企入校、引校入企、合作共建、产教融合、"学做创赛一体"等,实施校企双主体育人,提高人才培养质量,从根源上解决人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧"两张皮"的问题。The industry-education integration model based on school-enterprise community of shared future is the ideal form of school-enterprise cooperation, embodies the educational philosophy of modern vocational education, and contributes to the consistency of school-enterprise value orientation, win-win interests of school-enterprise and all-round integration of school-enterprise. There are still some problems in the running process of higher vocational colleges, such as the mismatch between professional talent cultivation plan and industrial demand, the mismatch between professional teachers and enterprise masters, and the mismatch between teaching process and enterprise production process. In the process of talent cultivation, specialty groups should pay attention to the introduction of enterprises into schools, introduction of schools into enterprises, cooperation and construction, industry-education integration, "Study, Do, Innovate, Match", etc., implement the dual-subject education of schools and enterprises, improve the quality of talent cultivation from the root, and solve the problem of "Two Sides" of talent cultivation on the supply side and the industrial demand side.
