摘 要:四川丘陵地区平均坡度为18°,适合北方平原地区的农业机械难以适用。结合丘陵地形特点,针对履带式农机在坡道行驶的稳定性问题,利用三维建模技术,建立履带农机车体的三维模型,在多体动力学软件Recurdyn/Track(LM)中建立履带行走机构模型,并建立农机行驶稳定性数学模型。基于多体动力学软件Recurdyn对农机稳定性进行仿真分析,通过分析优化,该履带式农机最大爬坡角度为25°,具有较强的爬坡能力和抗侧翻能力。该研究可为改善履带式农机行驶稳定性提供参考。In hilly areas of Sichuan,the average slope is 18°,so it is difficult for agricultural machinery suitable for northern.According to the characteristics of hilly terrain and the stability problem of tracked agricultural machinery driving on the ramp,the 3D model of tracked agricultural machinery vehicle body was established by using 3D modeling technology.The tracking mechanism model was established in the multi-body dynamics software RecurDyn/Track(LM),and the static stability mathematical model of agricultural machinery was established.Based on the multi-body dynamics software RecurDyn,the stability of the agricultural machinery was simulated and analyzed.Through the analysis and optimization,the maximum climb of the crawler agricultural machinery is 25°,and it has strong climbing ability and rollover resistance ability.The research can provide important reference for the running stability of crawler agricultural machinery.
