摘 要:基于问题的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)强调以问题为中心,以学生为主体,教师启发式教学模式。成果导向教育(Outcome-based education,OBE)以预期学习成果为中心,其核心在于教育者事先规划培养方案,各课程目标的实现,为最终达成毕业要求中的培养目标服务。"功能食品开发实践"课程是一门综合性开放性实验课程,课程目标是提高学生学习、应用专业知识、沟通协调等多方面能力。为了提高"功能食品开发实践"课程的教学质量,将PBL与OBE教学模式相结合引入教学中,对其结合模式进行应用与探讨。结果表明,2种教学模式可以有机结合,能够激发学生的学习兴趣,加强学生之间的相互交流,同时也培养了学生自主学习、分析问题、解决问题、实验动手操作等方面的综合能力。Problem-based learning(PBL) emphasizes problem-centered,student-centered,and heuristic teaching model for teachers. Outcome-based education(OBE) was centered on expected learning outcomes,and its core is that educators must have a clear plan for the professional level and abilities to be achieved by graduation. The practical course of Functional Food Development Practice was a comprehensive open experiment course;whose goal is to improve the comprehensive ability of students. In order to improve the teaching quality of the practical course of Functional Food Development Practice,PBL and OBE are combined into the teaching,and their application and discussion were carried out. The results showed that the two teaching modes could be combined organically,which can stimulate students’ interest in learning, strengthen students’ communication with each other,and cultivate students’ comprehensive abilities of independent learning,problem analysis,problem solving,experimental and practical operation.
