摘  要:基于证据的学业评价不仅是一种评价方法,也是一种评价理念,对变革传统学业评价具有革命性意义。基于证据的学业评价强调证据理性,强调基于证据的逻辑推理和价值判断。e-ABC学业评价框架是一个行之有效的操作性框架,有助于基于证据学业评价的推广与普及。基于证据的学业评价实践路径包括:提升教师的证据意识与评价素养,促使应试文化的消解与评价文化的形成,充分发挥信息技术在学业评价中的积极作用,利用评价反馈切实促进学生学习与发展。Academic assessment based on evidence is both an assessment method and an assessment concept,which has revolutionary significance in changing the traditional academic assessment.The evidence-based academic assessment emphasizes evidence rationality,logical reasoning and value judgment based on evidence.The e-ABC academic assessment framework based on evidence is an effective operational framework,which is helpful for the promotion and popularization of academic assessment based on evidence.The approach to implement the academic assessment based on evidence includes:to improve teachers’evidence consciousness and assessment literacy,to promote the elimination of the examination-oriented culture and the formation of assessment culture,to give full play to the positive role of information technology in academic evaluation,to use assessment feedback to promote student learning and development effectively.
