摘  要:为确保盾构隧道在深厚软弱地层中顺利穿越既有铁路群,通过工程类比、加强设计、数值模拟与现场监测数据分析相结合等手段,提出了加强洞内管片设计、加强盾构施工控制、优化推进参数、及时填充注浆、地面路基加固、行车限速、回填道砟的保护措施,以及加大铁路变形监测频率和延长监测时间等一整套盾构隧道穿越既有铁路群的变形分析和控制技术。结果表明:提出的变形分析和控制技术可有效降低盾构隧道对铁路路基的影响,确保铁路运营安全。In order to ensure shield tunnel passes smoothly through existed railways in deep and weak stratum,through a series of study methods,such as engineering analogy,strengthening design,numerical simulation and mon⁃itoring data analysis etc.,a set of techniques for deformation analysis and control were proposed,such as strengthen⁃ing internal segment design,strengthening shield construction control,optimizing propulsion parameters and filling grouting in time,surface subgrade reinforcement,speed limitation,ballast backfilling,and increasing the frequency and time of railway deformation monitoring.The practical results showed that the proposed techniques for deforma⁃tion analysis and control can effectively reduce the impact of shield tunnel construction on railway subgrade and en⁃sure the safety of railway operation.
