摘 要:为节约能源、降低排放,油电混合的混合动力汽车得到大力发展,作为电机的储能装置,传统的蓄电池功率密度低、循环寿命短,制约着混合动力汽车的发展。文章针对城市中运行的传统小型客车,首先根据整车的性能完成了电机和复合电源储能装置的匹配设计,通过DC-DC模块实现复合电源的功能,从而利用超级电容“削峰填谷”的特性,降低了频繁充放电对蓄电池性能的影响。其次,设计了基于发动机效率的模糊控制器,协调发动机与电机的转矩分配,实现发动机在高效区运行。最后,将各模块嵌入ADVISOR软件中,在城市工况下对整车性能进行仿真试验,验证了文章提出的基于模糊控制策略的复合电源后轴驱动混合动力客车的性能。In order to save energy and reduce emissions,hybrid electric vehicles(HEVs)have been greatly developed.As an energy storage device of motors,the low power density and short cycle life of traditional batteries restrict the development of HEVs.Aiming at the traditional small passengers running in the city,firstly,the matching design of the motor and the composite energy storage device is completed according to the performance of the vehicle,and the function of composite power supply is realized by DC-DC module,which made use of the characteristic of“peak-shaving and valley-filling”of supercapacitor and reduced the influence of frequent charging and discharging on the performance of battery.Secondly,a fuzzy controller based on engine efficiency is designed to coordinate the torque distribution between engine and motor,so as to realize the engine running in high efficiency area.Finally,each module is embedded in ADVISOR software to simulate the vehicle performance under urban conditions,which verified the performance of hybrid electric bus driven by rear axle of compound power supply based on fuzzy control strategy proposed in this paper.
