摘　　要：由于高水平的实验人才队伍是研究型大学教学和科研的重要技术支撑和人才保障,因而“双一流”建设对高校实验人才队伍建设提出了更高要求。分析高校实验技术队伍的现状和存在的问题,结合工科大学在实验室队伍建设上的改革实践,探讨了科学设岗和规范管理、工程实验队伍评价体系与激励机制、多渠道人才培养与培育等工作措施,探索解决研究型工科院校实验室队伍改革之路。The high-level experimental talent is an important technical support and guarantee for teaching and scientific research in research universities,and the construction of"double first-class"puts forward higher requirements for the construction of experimental talents in universities.In view of the present situation and existing problems of the experimental technical team in universities and the reform practice of an engineering university in the construction of laboratory team.This paper probes into the measures of setting up scientific posts and standardizing management,evaluating system and encouraging mechanism of engineering experimental team and cultivating multi-channel talents,and explores the way to solve the reform of laboratory team in engineering universities.
