摘  要:实践共同体作为一种与正式的行政管理组织机制截然不同的非正式、开放性组织形态,在推动新时期区域教育信息化深入发展中具有独特的优势和不可替代的作用。该文首先梳理了实践共同体、学习共同体及教师共同体的概念,以教育部2018和2019年度“教育信息化教学应用实践共同体”项目为例,研究和总结了实践共同体本土实施在“问题导向-机制创新-模式探索-资源建设-教师成长-均衡发展”六个方面取得的系统成效;深入分析了实践共同体项目在“工作机制、运行机制、协同机制和参与机制”四个方面的机制创新;提出了实践共同体项目深入发展需要解决的两个薄弱机制:教师激励机制和优质资源供给机制。A community of practice is an informal and open form of organization,which is very different from the formal administrative organization.It has unique advantages and irreplaceable functionalities in promoting the in-depth development of regional education informatization in the new era.This study first systematically reviewed the literature and clarified the concepts of community of practice,community of learning,and community of teachers.Next,taking the 2018 and 2019“Communities of Practice for Instructional Application of Education Informatization”projects as an example,we summarized a systematic achievements of the localization Implementation of Communities of Practice for Instructional Application of Informatization in the six aspects of“problem orientation-mechanism innovation-model exploration-resource construction-teacher growth-balanced development”.Then,we deeply analyzed the mechanism innovation in the four aspects of“working mechanism,operation mechanism,coordination mechanism and participation mechanism”.Finally,we proposed two kinds of weak mechanism to further study,the mechanism of teacher incentive and the mechanism of high quality resource supply.
