摘  要:当下,应用型本科院校将校企合作新模式作为人才培养突破口之一,建立互惠且成绩显著的良性合作长效机制,显得意义重大。该文通过对新疆农业大学科学技术学院校企合作、协同育人现状进行调研,从园林企业需求角度出发,探讨构建“下得去、待得住、学得来”,令学生满意,让学校放心,同时与合作企业深层融合、可持续发展的校企合作人才培养新模式。At present,it is of great significance for application-oriented universities to take the new mode of school enterprise cooperation as one of the breakthrough points of talent training and establish a long-term mechanism of benign cooperation with mutual benefit and remarkable achievements.Based on the investigation of the current situation of school enterprise cooperation and collaborative education in the College of Science and Technology Xinjiang Agricultural University,from the perspective of the needs of landscape enterprises,this paper discusses the construction of a new school enterprise cooperative talent training mode of"going down,staying and learning",which makes students satisfied,reassures the school,and deeply integrate with cooperative enterprises and develop sustainably.
