摘 要:2018年全国教育大会召开以来,中国高等教育发生了深刻变革,提升人才培养质量成为办好人民满意教育的需要。文章从国家、地区、学校的发展需要出发,阐述了提升人才培养质量的必要性、紧迫性;以“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的理念,采用正向设计、反向施工的方法,从专业建设、课程建设、教材建设、师资队伍建设、条件建设、教育教学改革等方面,提出了提高人才培养质量的关键问题;从系统思维、结构思维、底线思维的角度,提出了构建人才培养质量的保障体系,从而达到持续提升人才培养质量的目的。Since the national education conference was held in 2018,China′s higher education has undergone profound changes,and improving the quality of talent training has become the need to run education to the satisfaction of the people.Starting from the development needs of countries,regions and schools,this paper expounds the necessity and urgency of improving the quality of talent cultivation,and puts forward the key to improve the quality of talent cultivation based on the concept of"student-centered,output oriented and continuous improvement",and from the aspects of specialty construction,curriculum construction,textbook construction,teaching staff construction,condition construction and education and teaching reform in terms of using the method of forward design and reverse construction.Besides,this paper,from the perspective of systematic thinking,structural thinking and bottom line thinking,constructs the guarantee system of talent cultivation quality to achieve the purpose of continuously improving talent training quality.
