摘  要:采用评测员工敬业度的盖洛普(Gallup)Q12量表,对一所高职院校的辅导员队伍进行敬业度调研,发现基本需求和个人发展的得分排在前列,而团队氛围和管理层支持排在后面。因此,高职院校在进行辅导员队伍建设时,一是要明确辅导员工作岗位职责,确立辅导员队伍建设方向,二是要注重因才适用,加强管理沟通,建立意见反馈机制,三是要做好团队分工协作,强化团队合作交流,四是要加强辅导员培训,促进辅导员职业发展。Using Gallup Q12 scale to evaluate employee engagement,this paper investigates the engagement of counselors in a higher vocational college.It is found that the scores of basic needs and personal development are in the front,while the team atmosphere and management support are in the back.Therefore,in the construction of counselor team in higher vocational colleges,the first is to clarify the job responsibilities of counselors and establish the construction direction of counselor team.The second is to pay attention to the application of talents,strengthen management communication and establish opinion feedback mechanism.The third is to do a good job in team division and cooperation and strengthen team cooperation and communication.The fourth is to strengthen counselor training and promote the career development of counselors.
