摘 要:以某带空冷、静压泵装置双子系统的典型内燃电传动车组动力包为研究对象,分别考虑构架刚性和柔性建立动力学模型,研究中间构架柔性对带双子系统的双层隔振系统模态特性和谐响应的影响。研究表明:构架柔性对机组整机振动能量的影响很小,最大仅有0.58%;考虑构架柔性后,构架上的振动响应在整个频段上仍是以刚体振动模态响应为基础,对于构架结构振动响应的影响表现为在(20~40)Hz两条振动响应曲线相互交错;在40Hz以上,构架结构振动响应表现为在刚体振动模态响应曲线基础上的叠加。A typicalDiesel Multiple Unit(DMU)with electric driving,composed by two subsystems of air cooler and hydrostatic pumps was studied in this paper. The rigidity and flexibility of the middle frame were concerned to establish the dynamic model.The influence of the middle frame’s flexibility on modal and harmonic response characteristics was discussed for the double-layer vibration isolation system with dual subsystems. The results demonstrated that the middle frame’s flexibility had little effect on the vibration energy of the DMU body with only 0.58%. By considering the flexibility of the frame,the framework’s vibration response was primarily the rigid body vibration mode over all frequency band. However,the two structural vibration response curves in the range of(20~40)Hz were intersected,while the superposition of the rigid body vibration modal response was detected above 40 Hz.
