摘  要:线上线下混合式教学是基于互联网技术和在线开放课程,在网络学习的基础上,结合线上教学和线下课堂教学一种教学模式。线上在线开放课程学习和线下课堂教学各有优缺点,通过“慕课堂”将线上学习和线下课堂教学相融合,充分发挥线上在线开放课程资源的优势,辅助线下课堂教学。“食品理化检测技术”课程线上线下混合式教学,应用“慕课堂”串联学生和教师的活动,串联集中学习和自主学习,充分发挥在线开放课程的作用,保障授课质量,有效提升学生学习效果。Online and offline blended teaching is a teaching model based on the Internet technology and online open courses.This model is combined with online teaching and offline classroom teaching on the basis of e-learning.Online open course learning and offline classroom teaching have their own advantages and disadvantages.Through MOOC,online learning and offline classroom teaching are integrated to give full play to the advantages of online open course resources and assist offline classroom teaching.MOOC is applied to the online and offline blended teaching in the course of Food Physical and Chemical Detection Technology,connecting the activities of students and teachers,connecting centralized learning and autonomous learning,giving full play to the role of online open courses,ensuring the teaching quality,and effectively improving the learning effect of students.
