异步与同步学习相结合的大学物理在线教学实践

摘  要:本文介绍了特殊时期山东大学采取异步学习和同步学习相结合的大学物理在线教学方式有效提升学习体验的教学实践。异步过程促使学生学习事实性知识和概念性知识,同步学习则侧重于程序性知识和元认知知识的构建。在保证学习效果的基础上,以学生为中心,关注学生的情感体验,尊重学生的学习习惯,充分发挥网络优势,加强与学生之间即时、有效的交流、互动和反馈,更加注重形成性的评价。测试和反馈结果表明,大部分学生已经基本适应并接受在线学习方式,学生的学习体验良好,教学效果也比较令人满意。This paper introduces online teaching practice of blending asynchronous and synchronous learning in special period so as to improve learners’ experience for college physics course in Shandong University. Asynchronous learning enables students to learn factual and conceptual knowledge, while synchronous process focuses on the construction of procedural and metacognitive knowledge. On the basis of ensuring learning effect and learner-centered principle, we pay attention to students’ emotional experience and respect their learning habits. Making full use of network to increase immediate and effective communication/feedback between the teacher and students, we put more emphasis on the formative assessment. Test results and learners’ feedback show that most of the students have basically adapted to the online learning mode and have accepted it, their learning experience is good, and the teaching effect is relatively satisfactory.
