摘　　要：本文基于对叙说探究和叙事治疗的理念应用于团体辅导的思考,从叙说探究的方法形式及叙事疗法的咨询取向两方面,与团体辅导在个体成长中的功能相结合,对团体成员在生活叙说中看到每个人的多元,在团体这个对话、支持、关系的多元交流空间,进行自我觉察、自我探索及自我建构展开论述。Based on how the concepts of narrative inquiry and narrative therapy applied to the group counseling, we combined the methodology of narrative inquiry and the orientation of narrative therapy with the function of group counseling in personal growth. This paper discusses the participation and witness of one’s own and others’ unique and diversity through narrative in the group, which is charactered by its dialogic, supportive and relational communication, so as to achieve self-awareness, self-discovery and self-construction.
