摘 要:教师教学质量评价是高校教学质量监控和保障体系的重要组成部分,是引导教师提高教学质量的重要手段。作为职称评聘的重要指标,教学质量评价结果关系到教师切身利益,对引导教师优化教学路径和促进培养目标的达成具有重要作用。对向应用型转型发展的地方本科高校而言,教师教学质量评价系统要改变重理论轻实践和重结果轻过程等陈疾,吸收企业行业参与评价,拓展评价内涵,逐步建立起有利于“双师双能”型教师成长和提升学校应用型人才培养能力的教学质量评价体系。The teaching quality evaluation is not only an important part of the teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system in universities,but an important means to urge teachers to improve teaching quality.As an important index of professional title evaluation,the result of teaching quality evaluation is directly related to the interests of teachers,and plays an important role in guiding teachers to optimize teaching methods and achieve the training objectives.For local ordinary universities in the applied transformation,the teaching quality evaluation system must be optimized by changing the thinking pattern of emphasizing theory rather than practice and results rather than process,inviting industry representatives to participate in the evaluation,and expanding the connotation of the evaluation.It is expected to gradually establish a teaching quality evaluation system which will contribute to the growth of teachers with double qualifications and double capabilities and the improvement of the training ability of applied talents.
