摘　　要：党的十九届六中全会《决议》概括了具有根本性和长远指导意义的十条历史经验,其中"坚持人民至上"体现了中国共产党的根本价值取向。深入分析"人民至上"取向的理论拓展,按照时期梳理人民至上的历史逻辑,提炼出"为了人民、依靠人民到实现人民当家作主,让人民过上好日子"的人民至上践行路径。The"Resolution"of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China summarizes ten historical experiences with fundamental and long-term guiding significance.Among them,"adhering to the supremacy of the people"reflects the fundamental value orientation of the Communist Party of China.In-depth analysis of the theoretical expansion of the"people first"orientation,sorting out the historical logic of the people’s supremacy according to the period,and extracting the practice path of the people’s supremacy of"for the people,relying on the people to realize the people’s mastery of the country and let the people live a good life".
