摘　　要：伴随网络技术的发展,以及以微博、微信、微信公众平台和微网站等为代表的新媒体正以迅猛之势影响着大学生的学习和生活,昭示着“微时代”的到来。这为当前高校思政工作带来机遇,也提出了挑战。文章从“微时代”在高校思想政治教育中的重要性和特征出发,分析了“微时代”背景下高校“三全育人”面临的挑战和机遇,为思政工作者深刻认识和把握“微时代”下教育、传播的特点与规律,主动占领“微媒体”这一思政教育新阵地,提出新思路,提供新方法,开创新格局。With the development of network technology,the new media represented by microblog,wechat,wechat public platform and wechat website are rapidly influencing the study and life of college students,which indicates the arrival of"micro era".This brings opportunities and challenges to the ideological and political work in colleges and universities.According to the importance and characteristics of"micro era"in ideological and political education in colleges and universities,this article analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by"three aspects of education"under the background of"micro era",and puts forward new ideas and provides new ideas for ideological and political workers to deeply understand and grasp the characteristics and rules of education and communication under the"micro era",and actively occupy the new position of ideological and political education of"micro media",which has created a new pattern.
