摘  要:立德树人是高校教育的基本任务。专业教育与思政教育有机融合是新时代的新要求,对于提高学生职业道德素养、激发学生家国情怀、调动学生学习积极性、培养学生实事求是的科学精神、创新能力等方面均具有重要意义。本文结合《食品化学》课程的特点,提出了"科学与文化结合、课堂与实践互补、传承与创新共振"教学理念,通过实际案例探讨开展课程思政教学的新途径,为完善食品化学课程思政教学体系提供有益尝试。To foster virtue through education is the fundamental task of education. The organic integration of professional education and ideological and political education is a new requirement of the new era. It is of great significance to improve students’ professional ethics, stimulate students’ feelings of family and country, mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm, cultivate students’ scientific spirit of seeking truth from facts, innovation ability and so on. Combined with the characteristics of food chemistry, this paper puts forward the teaching concept of “combination of science and culture, complementarity between classroom and practice, inheritance and innovation resonance”, discusses the new ways of ideological and political teaching through practical cases, and provides a useful attempt to improve the ideological and political teaching system of Food Chemistry.
