信息化背景下高职院校国有资产管理研究

摘　　要：国有资产是高职院校履行职能,保障教育教学的物质基础。伴随着教育事业的快速发展,高职院校需要大量的教学仪器设备等作为坚强有力的物质基础和保障。为提升高职院校的国有资产管理水平,面对高职院校在国有资产管理中存在的管理制度亟需科学规划与完善、资产数据化管理未形成体系、资源共享机制缺乏、资产利用率低、资产更新慢、配置欠合理、管理水平不均衡等问题,提出了依托信息化手段构建完善工作机制、健全管理制度、规范基础工作的长效机制,实现信息化、智能化管理资产的策略,使资产管理工作为高职教育发挥出最大效益。State owned assets are the material basis for higher vocational colleges to perform their functions and ensure education and teaching.With the rapid development of education,higher vocational colleges need a large number of teaching instruments and equipment as a strong material foundation and guarantee.There are some problems in the management of state-owned assets in higher vocational colleges,for instance,the management system is in urgent need of scientific planning and improvement,the data management of assets has not formed a system,the lack of resource sharing mechanism,the low utilization rate of assets,the slow renewal of assets,the unreasonable allocation,and the unbalanced management level.In order to improve the management level of state-owned assets in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the strategy of building and perfecting the working mechanism,perfecting the management system and standardizing the basic work based on the means of informatization,realizing the informatization and intelligent management of assets,so that the asset management can bring the maximum benefit to higher vocational education.
