摘　　要：探讨含有后生元和酵母β-葡聚糖的一种乳饮料对小鼠免疫功能的影响。将BALB/c小鼠随机分为乳饮料干预组的低、中、高3个剂量组(1408、3520、8448 mg/kg·bw),同时设置一个空白对照组。经口灌胃30 d后,分别进行脏器/体重比值测定、脾淋巴细胞转化实验、迟发型变态反应、抗体生成细胞检测、血清溶血素测定、碳廓清实验、鸡吞实验和自然杀伤(Naturalkiller,NK)细胞活性测定。与对照组相比较,乳饮料干预组高剂量组动物的24 h足跖增厚显著增高(P<0.05);低、高剂量组动物的空斑形成数显著增高(P<0.05);中、高剂量组的NK细胞活性率显著增高(P<0.05)。得出小鼠喂饲含有后生元和酵母β-葡聚糖的乳饮料后,其体液免疫和NK细胞活性改善效果明显,提示该乳饮料具有增强免疫力的潜在功效的结论。To investigate the effect of a milk drink containing postbiotics and yeastβ-glucan on immune function in mice.BALB/c mice were randomly divided into low,medium and high dose groups(1408,3520,8448 mg/kg·bw)of milk beverage intervention group,and a blank control group was set up at the same time.After intragastric administration for 30 days,organ/body weight ratio,spleen lymphocyte transformation test,delayed type hypersensitivity,antibody producing cell test,serum hemolysin test,carbon clearance test,chicken swallowing test and natural killer(NK)cell activity test were performed.Compared with the control group,the 24-hour paw thickening of animals in the high dose group was significantly higher in the milk beverage intervention group(P<0.05);the number of plaque formation was significantly higher in the low and high dose groups(P<0.05);and the NK cell activity rate was significantly higher in the medium and high dose groups(P<0.05).The humoral immunity and NK cell activity of mice fed with milk beverage containing postbiotics and yeastβ-glucan were significantly improved,suggesting that the milk beverage has the potential effect of enhancing immunity.
