摘  要:食品安全与人们的生命安全、身体健康密切相关。我国食品安全保障体系的起步较晚,加之近些年来食品生产企业鱼龙混杂,引发的食品安全问题较多,食品安全也逐步成为社会发展中的焦点问题。文章从食品安全的概念解析切入,重点分析了食品安全保障的现状,论述了食品安全保障体系的建立和完善途径。Food safety is closely related to people's life safety and health.China’s food safety assurance system started late,and in recent years,food production enterprises have been mixed,which has caused many food safety problems,and food safety has gradually become an important focus in social development.Starting from the analysis of the concept of food safety,the current situation of food safety assurance was analyzed in this paper,and the establishment and improvement of the food safety assurance system were discussed.
