摘　　要：为了更好地完成“立德树人”根本任务,培养社会所需人才,高校青年体育教师应重视其职后教育教学能力的提升。基于此,该文分别从基于历史经验,明确职业发展目标;基于立德为本,增强职业道德和操守;基于改革创新,提高业务水平;重视教育教学中课程思政的融入;基于教学与科研并重,提高教育教学竞争力几个方面,提出了“立德树人”背景下高校青年体育教师职后教育教学能力提升的策略。In order to better complete the fundamental task of"Lide Shuren"and cultivate talents needed by the society,young physical education.teachers in colleges and universities should pay attention to the improvement of their post-service education teaching ability.Based on this,this paper focuses on the following aspects:clarifying career development objectives based on historical experience,strengthening professional ethics and ethics based on morality,improving business level based on reform and innovation,paying attention to the integration of curriculum ideological and political in education and teaching,and improving the competitiveness of education and teaching based on equal emphasis on scientific research,to put forward the strategies to improve the post service education and teaching ability of young college physical education.teachers under the background of"Lide Shuren".
