摘  要:探索高职院校与企业构建“共建、共管、共享”三个层面的混合所有制育人平台,基于平台实施“学校人才培养方案与企业人才需求互融、学校师资队伍与企业技术骨干互融、专业课程建设与企业岗位标准互融、课程教法改革与企业生产环节互融”的“三共四融”的校企协同育人模式改革,对高职院校拓宽混合所有制办学路径、提高混合所有制人才培养水平有一定的借鉴意义。The construction of a three-level mixed-ownership school-running platform of“co-construction,co-management and sharing”,that is,three types of cooperation,between higher vocational colleges and enterprises is explored.The reform of the mode of school-enterprise collaboration in educating students with“three types of cooperation and four types of integration”is implemented based on the platform,that is,“the integration of college talent cultivation schemes and enterprises’demands for talents,the integration of college teachers and enterprises’technical backbone,the integration of professional curriculum construction and enterprises’post standards,and the integration of curriculum teaching method reform and enterprises’production links”.It is of referential significance to broadening the mixed-ownership school-running path of vocational colleges and improving the talent cultivating level of mixed ownership.
