摘  要:目的:了解高职院校护理专业学生学习性投入的现状和影响因素,比较普通专科、专升本、社会扩招三类学生的差异,并探讨其原因及改进策略。方法:对21名高职护生进行无结构式访谈,在扎根理论指导下,运用NVivo11软件对资料进行登录分析。结果:高职护生的学习性投入包含:学生努力程度、主动合作学习水平、师生互动、学业挑战度和学习者支持度五个方面,受外在和内在因素影响,不同学制类型学生学习性投入及其影响因素存在差异。结论:基于学情分析,应优化不同学制类型学生的学习性投入,改善高职护生学习性投入的影响因素。Objective:To understand the current situation and influencing factors of learning engagement of nursing students in higher vocational colleges,to compare the differences among general junior college students,university students upgraded from junior colleges,and those from enrollment expansion,and to explore the reasons and improvement strategies.Methods:Unstructured interviews were conducted on 21 nursing students from a higher vocational college.Under the guidance of Grounded Theory,NVivo11 software was logged in to analyze the data.Results:The engagement of vocational nursing students was shown in five aspects:the student effort,the actively-cooperative learning,the student-faculty interaction,academic challenge and the support for learners.Affected by external and internal factors,the engagement and its factors of students from different educational systems vary.Conclusion:Based on the learning situation analysis,we need to optimize the student engagement from different educational systems,and improve corresponding factors.
