摘　　要：新时代加强教师队伍建设的一个重要命题在于重视教师的情绪问题。当前研究者们关于教师工作是情绪劳动还是情绪工作的分歧,普遍忽视了教师职业内部的异质性。从市场性与公共性的维度将教师职业划分为私立补习教师、私立雇员教师、公立雇员教师和公务教师四个类型,在博尔顿的情绪管理4Ps模型和格兰迪等提出的从情绪劳动到情绪工作的连续体的基础上,融入情绪劳动的马克思异化理论基础的异化与非异化维度,构建出教师情绪分析的连续体模型。对于教师工作而言,并不存在简单的是或者不是情绪劳动的二元划分,而是呈现出一个从情绪劳动到情绪工作的连续体。One important proposition for strengthening the construction of the teaching staff in the new era is to pay attention to the emotional problems of teachers.Currently,researchers generally ignore the heterogeneity within the teacher's profession on the debate about whether teachers'work is emotional labor or emotional work.By dividing the teacher's profession into four types:private tutors,private employee teachers,public employee teachers and public civil servant teachers through the marketability and publicness dimension,this study construct the continuum model of teachers'emotion analysis based on Bolton'4Ps model of emotion management and the continuum from emotional labor to emotional work proposed by Grandey et al.as well as the alienation and non-alienation dimension of Marx's theory of alienation,which is the theoretical basis of emotional labor.For teachers'work,there is not a simple binary division of emotional labor and emotional work,but rather a continuum from emotional labor to emotional work.
