摘　　要：临床教学查房是临床教学中常用的教学方法,也是住院医师规范化培训的重要环节。目前,临床教学查房存在教学效果同质化水平低、高质量教学病例较少等问题。因此,提出“标准化临床教学查房”的概念对提高临床教学查房同质化水平具有重要意义。标准化临床教学查房从教学内容同质化、教学师资同质化、评价考核同质化等方面着手,用临床教学查房标准化流程提高临床教学查房同质化水平,借助虚拟病人、远程临床教学查房等新技术,在提升住院医师综合诊治能力和保证同质化水平有独特优势,具有广阔的应用前景。“Clinical teaching rounds”(CTR),a common method to improve clinical ability of resident doctors in clinical teaching,is an indispensable link in the standardized training of resident doctors in China.However,there are still some problems and deficiencies in CTR,such as low level of homogeneity of teaching effect and the inadequate teaching cases of high-quality.The concept of“standardized clinical teaching rounds”(SCTR),therefore,is put forward to realize the homogeneity of CTR,including homogeneity of teaching content,teaching levels,evaluation and so on.Meanwhile some new technique will be gradually used in SCTR,such as“virtual patient”(VP)and“distance clinical teaching rounds”(DCTR).SCTR has unique advantages to improve the clinical ability of resident doctors and increase the level of homogeneity of CTR.So,it can be sure that the SCTR has a broad prospect and will be used widely in the future.
