摘  要:为提高学生的科研素养以及运用所学理论知识与实验技能解决实际问题的能力,将科研实验"差示紫外分光光度法直接测定废水中苯胺"转化成研究性教学实验,通过研究苯胺的紫外吸收光谱与溶液酸度的关系,建立了直接测定苯胺的差示分光光度法,用于废水样品中苯胺的快速测定。通过与回收率实验、国标法比较两种方式对该方法进行了评价,并探讨了样品中各共存物质对测定结果的影响及消除方法。该实验设计涵盖了溶剂对分子结构的影响、结构与分子吸收光谱的关系、差示紫外分光光度法的原理等理论知识点,以及可用于废水中苯胺含量快速分析的实验案例,可作为研究性实验或综合性实验开设。To improve students’ scientific-research accomplishment and the ability to solve practical problems with theoretical knowledge and experimental skills, the scientific-research achievement “determination of aniline content in wastewater by differential UV spectrophotometry” is converted into a comprehensive research teaching experiment. By studying the relationship between the UV absorption spectrum of aniline and the acidity of solution, a differential spectrophotometry method for direct determination of aniline is established, which can be used for rapid determination of aniline in wastewater samples. The method is evaluated by means of recovery experiments and comparison with national standard method, and the influence of coexisting substances on the determination results and the elimination methods are also discussed. The experimental design covers theoretical knowledge such as influence of solvent on molecular structure, the relationship between structure and molecular absorption spectrum, the principle of differential UV spectrophotometry, and practice for rapid analysis of aniline content in wastewater, hence it can be set up as a research or comprehensive experiment.
